MURPHY — St. William Parish in Murphy hosted its first Christmas Ministers Luncheon Dec. 17.
Pastor H. Alejandro Ayala celebrated Mass at noon, and the luncheon, which was attended by 26 active ministers, followed.
In keeping with their spirit of service, some of the ministers were a little tardy as they were serving free lunches to the homeless in Murphy prior to the luncheon.
